Where are Candidate Responses Located?

Candidate responses are located within the application, in the “Sreening questions results” section.

By clicking “Show more,” you can view all the questions and answers included in the questionnaire.

The answers are color-coded and marked with icons to indicate how they align with the employer’s preferred answers:

• Green with a filled icon: The candidate’s response matches the preferred answer set by the employer during the job ad and questionnaire setup.
• Green with an empty icon: The candidate did not select the preferred answer, but it was marked as preferred by the employer.
• Red with a filled icon: The candidate provided a response that was not marked as preferred by the employer.
• Red with an empty icon: Neither the candidate nor the employer marked this answer as preferred.

By clicking “Hide” the questionnaire section collapses, and the focus returns to the main view of the application.
