What methodology is Talent X research based on?
Talent X (Talent Experience) represents an innovative way of measuring the perception of your brand as an employer, while the methodology is based on the theory that the experience that the company creates in the public or among its employees is formed on the basis of 6 attributes of attractiveness: Experience of working in the company, culture within the company, leadership behavior, job characteristics, opportunity for career development and reward system.
The research includes the sum of all experiences created through the interaction between candidates and their potential employers on the one hand (ctx) and experiences created through the interaction between employees and their employers during work in the company (etx) on the other hand.
In this way, a complete picture of the brand is obtained, as well as guidelines for its improvement.
