Status “The application has been reviewed” – How to earn Candidates Trust?
Candidates value employers who transparently share information throughout the selection process. That’s why we offer you the option to automatically notify candidates that their application has been reviewed. Employers using the Application Status feature enable candidates to stay informed about the selection process, increasing the likelihood of applications for future job openings.

Candidates consistently highlight that the most important part of the selection process is being informed about the current status of their application. For this reason, we recommend keeping this option enabled to successfully build candidates’ trust.
What Happens If You Disable the Application Status Option?
If you disable the Application Status option, the candidate will see in their account that their application has been received by the employer, along with a message stating that the employer does not share application status updates for this job ad:
Note: You cannot enable or disable this option during an active job ad campaign.
