Icons for Sent Emails in the Application List

Now you can easily see the type of email you sent to candidates directly in the application list without having to open the resume. After sending an email to a candidate, an envelope icon of different colors will appear below their name in the list, indicating the type of email sent.

A green icon in the application list means the candidate received an interview invitation, blue indicates a thank you email, and red signifies a rejection.

You don’t need to remember the colors; by hovering your mouse over the icon (mouseover), the type of email sent will be displayed.
